1. Call to Order

▪ Introduction of Guests/Ex-Officio Members

2. Education Program update and evaluation relative to cost, effectiveness, and staff capacity.

3. Review of "Talk About Trees", including the possible merits of forming a joint operation committee consisting of members of the CFPC, TFF and TAT Boards.

4. Address areas that could be restructured if budgets decline. What would be the consequences to the Commission's capacity to meet its Mission & Strategic Plan?

5. What information needs to be gathered prior to the September Meeting in order for the Board to formally review the Education Programs and plan for 2009 budget recommendations in October?

6. Closed Session (if necessary)

Closed session pursuant to California Government Code 11126(a) regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal of an employee. Closed session pursuant to California Government Code 11126(e) regarding pending litigation.
